1. You can use our secure online ordering system. Order 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our online store. Start at our products page and choose the products to add to your shopping basket, then go to checkout. We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
2. Call us toll-free at 1-888-434-7442 or locally at (518) 269-2078. Our sales staff will help you place your order.
3. You can fax us your order. Just print out the order form (available in Word format, or PDF) and fax it to us at (518) 584-0880.
4. To pay by money order, you can print the order form and mail it to us along with your payment to:  NBF, PO Box 3064, Saratoga Springs, NY  12866.

Shipping Information:

Orders ship within 24 hours! We ship via UPS ground service. Orders arrive between 1-5 working days, based on where you live. Ground service to a business is a guaranteed date of delivery service. To use this option, enter your business address in the shipping column. If you need a more expedited service than ground can offer, you can choose UPS 3rd Day delivery for a nominal increase. We also offer 2nd Day and Next Day Air as well. If you cannot receive UPS delivery, priority mail shipments are available.

 All Orders over $150.00 receive free Shipping Credit of $6.50 within the US and its territories.

Canadian Customers, Please Note:  Orders will ship via US Postal Service, Air Parcel Post. This is the most affordable service for our customers that we can offer you.  Canadian shipping charges are based on weight and destination.  Charges begin at $14.99.  Some northern territories may incur an extended area surcharge. We will inform you via e-mail of any additional shipping costs prior to sending your order.  The Canadian Postal Service may charge a $5.00 flat brokerage handling fee. There may also be duties payable based on your order value. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION: Nature's Best Foods is proud to ship worldwide. We accept payment solely in U.S. currency. If ordering online with a non-U.S. issued card, Nature's Best Foods will obtain address verification from the card-issuing bank prior to your order being sent. Bank checks or money orders are also acceptable forms of payment. 

International shipments (other than Canada) are generally sent USPS Parcel Post Air, 4-7 days. Available shipping services may vary by country. At the payment page, please click the drop-down box to choose the international shipping option.  International Air shipments are a min. $28.00 charge. Extra freight charges may apply, based on weight and destination. All international packages are sent insured.  If your package is going to exceed the $28.00 minimum charge based on wgt. & destination,  we will contact you via e-mail of the additional freight cost. We prefer to have your written authorization via email for the additional charges prior to sending your order.  Your order will then be released for shipment.

Occasionally a package may have been released for shipping before any additional fees are realized and calculated.  If this occurs with your order, we will notify you by email of the additional fee to be charged.  If there is no reply to our email with 48 hours, and the package was previously sent, we reserve the right to charge your card the additional shipping fees.
